At CCP Auto Services we cater to all your vehicle needs, from servicing and MOT’s to general car repairs including brakes, clutches and air conditioning services, repairs and re-gassing. We use the latest diagnostic equipment and online technical information to pinpoint the route of your vehicles issues quickly and precisely.

Always provide you with a team of honest, friendly, trustworthy mechanics. We pride ourselves on our service and have worked hard to build a reputation as a garage you can trust. We won’t bamboozle you with technical jargon, and will always make sure that you fully understand exactly what work is being carried out to your vehicle. We maintain a strong working relationship with all our customers and please ask that if you have any concerns or questions whilst we carry out the works needed that you contact us.

Provide 1 years (or 10,000 miles) warranty on all works carried out where we have supplied your parts. We feel that it’s only right that you have a significant warranty length for your piece of mind when you drive your vehicle out of the workshop. We cannot provide a warranty on any parts supplied by you the customer, or to any re-conditioned parts supplied.

Keep you informed of any changes or complications and not carry out any additional works to your vehicle without your prior permission. We do this to ensure that there are no unexpected charges to your bill and to make sure you are happy with all the work we carry-out on your vehicle whilst it is in our care.

Keep records of your vehicles work history. This information is collected when each job is carried out and billed out to you. This record is secure and confidential and is for our records only. We will not ever share your details with a third party.

Keep any faulty parts/components found for you to inspect after works have been carried out. We do this as a form of reassurance for you the customer. We want you to trust our services and our team, and to do so we ensure that you have all the access you need to any part of the job undertaken, including the removal or unexpected discovery of faulty or damaged parts.

To keep in line with your vehicles manufacturers recommendations for all aspects of repairs and replacements, and to keep in line with all regulations we use an online, up-to-date information system for vehicle technicians called Autodata.
